Have Delay In Speaking Words, Wont Respond To People Calling His Name And Walks Around With Hanging Tongue
my son is 19 months old he does not speak very many words and the ones he does speak aren t very clear he will not respond to other people calling his name sometimes he won t respond to me either at times he walks around with his tongue hanging out of his head is he okay

Child hood autism has to be excluded in his case.
He needs Psychiatrist consultation as well as screening for hearing.
