Have Dizziness And Head Spinning. No Medication Till Now. What To Do For This?

About 10 days ago I started to experiance dizziness. Leaning forward to read, lifting my head up-down-sideways will leave me feeling as though I have had an alcaholic drink, I feel woozy. Laying down is even worse, this leaves my head spinning or the room spinning. None of these symtoms lasts more than a few seconds but, while sitting or standing which is most of the day , it happens with every head movement.

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. Dizziness and spinning in the head are symptoms of what is known as viral labyrinthitis and there is not a medication which can treat the actual disease, however with time your symptoms will get better. If the symptoms are very bad, you may get symptomatic relief from medications like cinnarizine. I also think that you should not be taking alcoholic drinks. This will make the situation worse. I hope this advise helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
