Have Dizziness, Fatigue, Hand Numbness, Breathlessness And Skin Itching. Had All Tests Done. What To Do?

hi sir i have lot of health problems but doctors saying your body is fit, they done all test like tsh,t3,t4, cbc, electrolytes, ecr, hiv, endoscopy, ct scan, abdominal scan, xrays.
nothing reveal postitive in this report.
But what is the reason i have getting some symptoms like
dizziness, fatigue, hand numbness, unable to breath, blinking eyes, acnes, skin itching....

If anaemia is ruled out, you need to be evaluated for vitamin deficiencies like vitamin B12, D deficiencies.
Blood levels may be done after a clinical examination.
