Have Ear Ache. Hurts To Swallow. Headache, Nausea And Vomiting. Took Ibuprofen. Cure?
Ive had a really bad ear ache and can't swallow anything without it hurting. My neck and back are stiff and no matter how I try to lay my head it hurts. And I've had a headache for 4 days and whenever I try to walk or even stand up I get dizzy. I have nausea and I've been vomiting. Cough syrup isn't helping and I took ibuprofen for the headache and it only worked for maybe half an hour.

As you have said that you have earache , difficuly in swallowing, neck pain,headache, feeling dizzy, nausea /vomiting clearly points to MIDDLE EAR INFECTION
Simple cough syrup+ ibuprofen wont help
you need antibiotics with xray para nasal sinuses and an ENT review and examination of your ear if , the middle ear has pus, so that they can drain it.
