Have Feeling Similar To Vertigo, Suspicion Of BBPV, Have Normal BP, Dizziness With Slight Nausea. Suggestions?

I seem to have acquired some sort of vertigo in the last 4 days. I m an osteopath and my guess is that it is BPPV . my BP is normal and I have no other symptoms other than the dizziness on rolling over and sitting up in bed or bending over with very slight nausea . Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks Lisa

Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi Lisa,
Vertigo occuring with change in posture is Positional vertigo as seen in your case.
Please take antivertigo medicines like cinnarizine after getting yourself examined by Neurophysican.
It takes some time but you will feel better gradualy.
I hope I am able to help you.
Thanks.
