Have Fever, Cough, Knee Pain. On Azithral, Leftal-p. Will I Be Okay?

My son(4 yrs) had fever for three days last week. He has cough since then. For fever we gave meftal-p. Since yesterday he has pain at back side of right knee because of which he is kind of limping. Dr suggested blood test for Dengue , bronchitis , CPR , etc. Also doctor gave Azithral, Meftal-p(to be taken even if fever is not there) and Relent+. I am ok with all except giving Meftal-p without fever. Kindly advise.

meftal p (I guess its paracetamol with mefenamic acid) is not only for fever it relieves pain and inflammation which dr may hv observed beneath baby's knee. pls always quote the formulation not the trade names in queries there are hundreds of companies these days.
