Have Flaccid Erection And Megalis Is Helpful. Is It Due To Everyday Alcohol Habit?
i am 26 years old i drink alcohol everyday since five years. my problem is my errection is flacid and it only gets better with megalis. also if i start to work out and stop drinking for a week it does not improve. can there be any course of medication which will not make me depend on any drugs? i have this problem since two years before that i was normal.
hello there! Thank you for asking , Age of 26 is too young to have erectile dysfunctions. Stop alcohol and change lifestyle and dietary modifications. The only reason for this age ED is psychiatric or trauma. As you dont have any trauma to the back history i recommend see the psychiatrist and have some psychotherapy sessions with some rehab programms. They will help Malnutrition and zinc deficiency can also cause it. So start some good multivitamins and keep using them for 6 months. Quit alcohol and smoking they do that often. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Inactivity lso does that.
All you need is some good counselling and a good psychological care.
Good luck S khan
