Have Headaches, Giddiness, Migraines, Vertigo. On Medication, No Relief. Why?

I am 37 years old and since 2nd post pregnancy I have headache and giddiness. The same thing existed during 1st post pregnancy also buts the giddiness and headache started from 3rd month and lasted for almost 4 years. I have taken medicine for Migraine as well as vertigo but not relief. Please advise. My husbands email is YYYY@YYYY

Hello,
Vertigo and headache occur commonly after pregnancy.You had similar symptoms after your first pregnancy and hence were likely to have them in the second pregnancy as well.
Do check your Hemoglobin and thyroid levels. Anemia can be a frequent cause for the said complains. Do get your BP checked as hypotension may frequently lead to such presentation.
