Have Heavy Breath And Heaviness In Heart. All Test Done, Normal In Result. What Could This Be?

i am 45 year old woman and before 2 year i had dengue fever . then i addmitted to a hospital when i discharged back to home then after few days I feel heavy breath and some heavyness in heart I gone through several tests by 4 or 5 times ... my all tests are normal , ECCO , TMT , Holter monitor tests are also normal but ECG is showing right bundle complete blockage in heart. so what is the problem and I also have stone in my gall bladder .

The symptom obviously is not due to heart!
Right bundle Block here is an incidental / innocuous finding...

The next thing to look for will be the lungs – consult a Pulmonologist / Chest X-ray and lung function tests (Spirometry) are usually necessary...

Is the kidney function normal?
If all is well, it may be Anxiety / Psychiatric and assistance will be of help.

Gall stones (if symptomatic) will be cured by removal of the gall bladder...
It has no relation to other events...

Discuss with your doctor and get appropriate assistance...
