Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I have gone through your query and would like to try my best to help you.
The fact that you had a creamy milky discharge, could be the sign of some underlying infection, but for this you should be experiencing other symptoms as well. Let me list a few other symptoms so you could relate to them:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed
-Chills
-Fever
-Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain
-Itching around the genitals
-Blood in urine or immediately after (not always seen)
-Vaginal discharge
-Irregular vaginal bleed
-Menstrual irregularities
Infections are one of the most common causes for menstrual irregularities. Firstly, you have a history of
irregular periods, along with which you have symptoms of an infection. It would be best to visit a doctor, who will first physically examine you and then take your urine sample and may be even a vaginal smear, which will be sent to a laboratory for examination. This will confirm/rule out the presence of an infection.
If you do indeed have an infection, simple treatment of the infection will help get your periods back to how they were in the past. But whether you have an infection or not, we will have to look into the cause for your irregular periods. Please understand that there is always a reason for irregular periods. Please find the cause and treat it accordingly, or it could even effect your
fertility status in the future. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
