Have Irregular Periods. Spotting. Pregnancy?
I usually have irregular periods my last period was on 28 July this year have NT had one since only small patches of blood but has stopped in sure I m pregnant this would be my second pregnancy have ever possible pregnancy symptoms except a positive hcg test with my 1st pregnancy I didn t get a positive until I was 14 weeks along

I suggest you to undergo one blood test for beta-HCG and TVS scan to confirm pregnancy and get detailed picture of growing fetus (if detected).
Other causes are irregular or late period are stress, hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst, over weight, psychological factor, certain medication.
