Have Low Grade Fever, Horrible Stomach Pain, Dizzy, Fatigue.

Hi Doctor , I have never used this feature but am starting today:) I had lab work done a week ago tomorrow and am searching for some answers. My doctor is closed and I have not received my results back thus far. With that said, I have had a low grade fever for two weeks now and have had/am having now...reason for asking horrible stomach pain!!! Other than feeling a little dizzy and fatigue (the norm) I feel fine. What s up doc!?

NEED WIDAWL TESTS
CAN START WITH CIPROFLOXACIN
ANTACIDS SANTISPASMODIC AND ANTACIDS FOR IME BEING
