Have Lumbar Bilateral Lower Extremity, Paresthesias Finding. Can I Ask A Doctor Online?
Lumbar bilateral lower extremity and paresthesias finding: left foraminal protusion contributing to mild foraminal stenosis without nerve root impingment. L2/3. L3/4 disc bulging with introafaminal extent ion associated with mild marginal oteophytosis r ight than left results in mild to moderate right and mild left foraminal stenosis. L4/5 . There is preservation of disc height without significant disc desiccation at L4/5. Disc bulge w assoc mild marginal osteophytosis and a mild facet hypertrophy w/o significant spinal stenosis . Mild narrowing of neutral foramina w/o definite nerve rooimpingement. Although disc bulge marginates the exiting left L4 nerve root. L5/s1.mild anteroir and lateral disc bulging with mild marginal osteophytosis although no significant posterior disc herniation. Slight disc bulge with mild marginal osteophytosis mildly narrowing the right neural foramen w/o impinging on exit right L5 nerve root. Cervical upper extremity radiculop,athy. Slight revers) of lower cervical lordosis. See additional info in box below. Currently feeling irration on left side of neck causing intermittent numbness on left side of face, forehead and top of scalp. Dizziness and paresthesia. Medication is only Gabapentin.
