Have Lump On Cheek Beside Left Ear And On Forehead. Have Headache. Reason?

Hi,
I recently discovered a lump on the cheek by my left ear. It's not visible, but I feel it when I touch it.
However, a day or two after that, a big lump on my forehead, by the beginning of my left eyebrow and up to my hairline appeared that is highly visible. This lump gives me a headache..What could this be?

Thankful for any answers

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello ,

thanks for writing to us

Lump on your cheek probably indicate swelling of salivary glands due to inflammation, oral malignancy can lead to similar symptoms

Inflammation of parotid or madibular gland is common .

I will suggest if possible consult a surgeon and start treatment accordingly.

you need methylcobalamine , muscle relaxant with analgesic

for further query contact on my profile directly
