Have Missed Periods. Not Ready To Conceive Now. Suggestionsp For The Condition?

Hello Doctor, I am Sandhya 24 years old Female. Married on Sep 2012. Actually this month, i have to get my period on 25th or 26th as per my cycle, but did not get period so far. I'm guessing i might have a chance to get conceive. But we are not financially and mentally prepare to give birth to a baby at this stage. Kindly request you to provide suggestion on how to proceed

Thanks for your query.
First suggestion is for you to take a pregnancy test.
Without knowing if you are pregnant or not, it is useless to speculate.
Also, if you turn out to be pregnant, next step would be to consult a gynecologist.
She would confirm the pregnancy again, and date it accurately.
After that, proper pills / surgical abortion would be prescribed to you.
Following the procedure, confirmation of the completion of procedure would be done by ultrasound scan.
