Have Mole, Hardening, Fading Color, No Pain. What Should I Do?

I have a mole that appeared about 10 years ago it got super big about as round as the head on a regular nail. Just about a week ago it started hardening, color is fading and it's raising off the skin like if a mountain were to grow. It has a tip but no head and no pain. I also counted and have 63 moles(give or take a few). I am also outside for around 6 hours a day. I'm wondering what should I do? Any advise?
