Have Numbness And Vertigo. Spinal MRI Revealed Disc Osteophytic Spurring And Uncovertebral Degenerative Features. Meaning?

MRI results c3/4 disc osteophytic spurring and uncovertebral degenerative features on right with right foraminal and nerve root abutment - c4/5 disc osteophytic spurring to right of midline associated with foraminal narrowing and right nerve root abutment minimal canal narrowing - c5/6 level disc osteophytic spurring with right marked foraminal narrowing- stenosis and right nerve root impingement and narrowing on the left, stenosis and nerve root impingement. Moderate canal stenosis. Transverse spinal dimension measured at midline disc level is 9mm. Trace of CSF fluid anterior and posterior to cord.- c6/7 level disc osteophytic spurring and oncovertebral degenerative features more on the left with left foraminal narrowing and nerve root impingement also on the right though slightly Less marked. History fall 9 years ago and recent vertigo and numbness pins and needles and pain pain pain

There is central spinal canal behind vertebral bodies containing multiple nerves.
The Foramen (foraminal) are like small holes though which these nerves comes out to reach to your limbs.
When there any extrinsic pressure on nerves there is pain(called as impingement).
The Discs are jelly material in pouch between two vertebrae, with age the water content decreases(called as degenerative changes) and this material comes out of the pouch put pressure on nerve- causing pain.
At interface of vertebrae and disc, with age small bony projections arises ( called as osteophytes ) and along with disc act as pressure causing points around the spinal canal/ foramen.
There are uncovertebral joints between vertebral bodies to facilitate the smooth movements, with age these joints become rough and irregular and also act as pressure causing points around the spinal canal.
