Have Pain In Lower Left Area. Ultrasound Pelvic Test Shows Uterine Fibroids
I am having pains on my left lower area and all the way down. Ultrasound pelvic test shows uterine fibroids that have swunk some since last year's test but the pain is much worse now. It affects my lower back and I have been told for years that it is my Degenerative Back Disease. Sometimes the pains are near my colon too.

You didn’t mentioned your age.
Most likely pain is due to age related degenerative disease of spine or fibroid uterus. You didn't mentioned about size of fibroid. Symptoms of fibroid depends upon size and location of fibroid. You need proper evaluation and treatment
MRI of lumbar spine is needed to evaluate nerve status.
Treatment should be started on clinical basis and MRI reports.
Treatment of lumbar disc prolapse is physiotherapy ,medicinal and surgical.
You should take certain precautions like you should’t bend forward and don’t lift heavy objects.
Ultrasound therapy and TENS can also be given to reduce pain.
