Have Pain In Neck And Arms. Pin And Needles In Left Arm. Remedy?
I had a bad neck 4 weeks ago as I must have slept funny. After a couple of days the pain started to go in my neck but started making my arm ache, I had to put it above my head to stop it aching. Now when I look up I feel my neck slightly pulling but I have got constant pins and needles down my left arm it also pulls at my left ribs when it gets really bad.

u might be having cervical rib.
well plz consult an orthopaedecian and get cervical spine x ray done to rule out.
u might need nek belt and immobilization.byeeee
