Have Pain In Upper Stomach Preceded By Migraine And Fever. Suggestions?

Two days ago I felt this pain in my upper stomach . Feels like someone is punching me in the stomach when I walk fast and forget about jumping. When we are in the car it hurts to go over bumps like I am being punched. Had this one time before and it went away. Preceeded by a migrain and low grade fever . Took one asprin 2 days ago.
