Have Pain Under Shoulder Blade, Radiating Into Neck, Back, Hand. Tried Massage, Acupuncture, Physio No Relief

Hi, I have had a pain underneath my right shoulder blade since December. At its worst the pain radiates up into my neck and down into my lower back just above my bottom.. just on the right hand side. I can sometimes feel the pain into my arm. I have tried massage, physic, and acupuncture. None of which have helped. I am a generally active and fit 34 year old female.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi, it looks like that you are having some problem in your cervical spine, propably a protruded disc causing compression of the nerve roots which results in pain radiating down the arm. As you have already tried conservative modes of management, i advise you to undergo MRI scan of Cervical spine to get an appropriate diagnosis. Regards
