Have Polio, Done Knee Replacement, Painful. Can I Bend My Knee Now?

Hi, i'm suffering from polio in right leg from last 26 year. Last year in Feb 2012 my polio surgery had been done but it was not knee replacement.but now i'm getting problem in bending knee.it is done almost 85-90% but after some time it start paining and it not going further its almost one year. Please tell me how could I bend my knee i'm consulting physio therapist

Joint replacement cannot be done on a polio flail limb, most probably u have not undergone physiotherapy after ur knee surgery that's the issue , consult doctor to rule out ankylosis of knee joint
