Have Red, Itchy Rash On Back. Have Herpes 1. What Could This Be?

hello, for several years now I have had this quarter size red bumpy extremely itchy rash on my backside. It always appears in the same spot about twice a year. I do get feverblisters so i do have herpes 1. I have put itch creams, anything i can think of on it. When it does begin to dry up and go away it reminds me of a fever blister drying up. what could this be?

Dermatologist 's  Response
hello dear,
even this rash can be related to herpes.
herpes is an infection of nerves and generally a particular group of nerves are involved.
its not that herpes 1 will affect only the lips.
it can involve any part of body above the waist line.
meet a dermatologist when you have rash,
thank you
