Have Severe Arthritis Leg Pain

the new hydrocodone only has 300 mg in it and does not relieve my severe arthritis leg pain , meaning I CAN NOT WALK and must stay in bed part of the day even though I still shower with warm water daily. I am in so much pain with my new prescription throughout the night also. Any advice?
Thank you.

you can add paracetamol also in your prescription, you can discuss with your doctor.
