Hello and welcome to HCM, The symptoms of urge to defecate after eating food, stomach pain, increased frequency of passing stools, feeling of incomplete clearing and foamy material in stools all suggest irritable bowel syndrome 9IBS). However, IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. You need to consult your gastroenterologist for examination and relevant investigations. Other disease processes like inflammatory disease, mal-absorption need to be ruled out to make a confident diagnosis of IBS. Te management of IBS consists of life style management and medication.
