General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Your main complaints are sweating which occurs during your sleep, mild walking even over a flat surface in a cold climate and even after taking food. You get warm to the level that you get dizzy. Your ht. & wt are normal and you are 31/F.
Being a female, average built and no other complaints - nothing to worry. Any how you need complete investigations for sugar, BP, ECG, Lipid profile along with mainly THYROID PROFILE.
After investigations only your physician can come to conclusion. Get treatment accordingly you will be alright. If you are always in tension, tension relieving tabs or meditation may be of use.
Best wishes
