Have Tinnitus, Ear Discharge And Getting Bad Smell From Inside Nose. Any Remedy?

sir namestey have discharge coming out of right ear in large proportion since a week went to doc prescribed medicines but when discontinued problem again came in have also tinnitus problem have post nasal drop problem foul smell comes from inside when i do gargling and jal neti in the morning please suggest remedies sincere regard sanjeet

The discharge from your Right ear is because of infection of middle ear called ''otiitis media"
Middle ear is the part beyond your ear drum. Infection of this part will affect your hearing and also can lead to some serious complications.

The middle ear is connected to post nasal space ( nasopharynx) through a tube. Through this tube infection from your nose and sinuses can enter middle ear and infects it..
The reason for foul smell is because of pus present in your sinuses as a result of persisting infection.
The infections ( bacterial or fungal) of SINUSES or MIDDLE EAR needs a prolonged course of proper antibiotics &/or surgical form of treatment to clear it.

I can suggest some medications but it is best to consult a otorhinolaryngologist (ENT Surgeon) as you cannot neglect your condition.

the tinnitus is annoying that can be associated with ear infection which resolves with the treatment but I cannot assure you that it always will..
