Hello,
You have a long term problem of serous otitis media,
You need to get your nose examined and if there is any deviated nasal septum or other nasal disease you need to get treated for that.
If you have allergic problems in nose then you can use nasal sprays , if anatomic abnormality is there then surgery will be advised accordingly.
Actually there is a tube behind the nose which connects to the middle part of ear and which is meant for equalization of pressure , due to blockage of tube there is problem in middle part of ear.

To confirm you can get done Impedance audiometry (test-which can tell about middle part of ear)
If doubt do reply
