Have Vomiting, Diarrhea, Bloating. Eaten Some Solid Food

My grandchildren recently had a vomiting and diarrhoea bug. I had a bout of vomiting and diarrhoea lasting 24hrs last Friday. loss of appetite Saturday and Sunday with continued loose watery stools, no vomiting. Today I felt well again and hungry, so I ate some toast, all was well until this evening when I ate more solid food. The bloating and violent diarrhoea has returned.
