Having A Hoarseness, Runny Nose, Swollen Painful Gland. Waiting For Blood Results. Feeling Tired. Suggestions?

6 weeks ago I had seen discomfort in my throat, as if there was a lump when I swallowed. Sensation came and went for a few weeks. 3 weeks ago feeling of a lump when swallowing was worse and glands on right side under chin became swollen. Since then I have had hoarseness, runny nose and swollen painful gland on the rip right side of neck. Gp said glands is swollen but nor hard, am waiting for blood tests and nasaloscopy. Also feeling tired but not sure if this is down to anxiety thanks

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello,
Whats your age?? Do you have difficulty in swallowing??
But 6 weeks of feeling lump in throat then developing hoarsness of voice needs to be investigated.
As you have had nasolaryngoscopy that will be very informative about the disease.
Symptoms seems to be of infectious causes.
get the reports then only any advice can be given as there are plenty of causes for feeling lump.
But till then do take care of reflux of food in food pipe from stomach and acidity.
You can get back when the reports are there.
I find this answer helpful
