Having Atopic Dermatitis. Prescribed With Momate And Tacroz. Which One Is Safe For Babies?

My daughter has atopic dermatitis. she has red flares. She is prescribed Momate and Tacroz by 2 dermatologists. Which one is safe for babies n non carcinogenic. Whats the frequency of there application

I reside in India. So how do we wash her clothes. No hypoallergic detergent is found here.

What about her diet. Can she have milk, chicken, carrots, eggs,,wheat products, sugar, tomato, apple, orange, pomegranate, potato, salt etc.

Can she have juices with water like 2 pomegranate, orange and apple every day with no added sugar?
Can she have coconut water?

Her skin has red flares but she doesn't itch more. should the steroid cream be applied? Can she have kidney beans. Can we give her fried food or spicy food.

How do we moisturize her. Cetafil or aloevera doesn't seem to work . Although she wears only cotton yet her flares are not going. Cotizone 1% leaves her skin extremely dry for a day then again the flares are back/ Please help.
