Having Bleeding. Had Tubal Ligation Previously. Stomach Hard At The Bottom. Having Symptoms Of Pregnancy. Pregnant?

II have a some bleeding this month. The first day was light as normal second day was medium and later that evening I stopped then third day night had some very light for about two days. I had tubal ligation 4 yrs ago never had this happen until know.my stomach is hard a the bottom. Have some classics symptoms of pregancy but I am not sure could I be pregnant.

If you are not sure about pregnancy , please take a pregnancy test.
meanwhile, slightly altered bleeding or spotting is common after tubal ligation.
An ectopic pregnancy might be possible.
You have not mentioned your age, you could be going through age related transition phase.
Also, endometrial hyperplasia etc could be a reason.
Please consult a gynecologist for internal examination and ultrasound if the pregnancy test is negative.
