Having Bone Blocking Nose, Headache And Difficulty In Breathing. Is This Causing The Problems?

hi have to breath through mouth at night and drink lots of water and wake up with realy dried mouth have had a headache for 3 weeks now and not sure what is causing it . im nearly 60 but was told that had bone blocking nose when i was 24 did not go back to docs so is it possible that this is causing my problems and headache

Hello,
Headache can be associated due to sinusitis.
Take warm vapourisation using inhalator.
Avoid intake of cold bevearages or food items.
Dry mouth can be due to -decreased salivary flow,anxiety,decayed teeth.
Please do visit a dentist and get a thorough evaluation done.
Impacted wisdom teeth or decayed teeth if present,has to be treated.
