Having Cough And Cold. Given Bricanyl, Nasoclear Drops And Azithral Syrup. Not Cured. Asthma Or Wheezing Problem?

My 2 months old son is unwell with cough and cold since last Sunday. He was given Bricanyl and Nasoclear which didn t help. While drinking milk, he coughs a lot and milk comes from his nose and mouth. Then doctor asked me to nebulize him every 4 hrs and continue with nasoclear drops. That also did not help much. Then she advised Montair granules and Azithral syrup. Today is the 3rd day, but I do not see any changes in his coughing. Otherwise he is very active, sleeps well, plays, laughs etc. What exactly is the problem here? I stopped powdering him, do not bathe him with milk and gram powder, do not put incense stick in the house. Doctor has asked me to report tomorrow and the last resort would be T Junior Lanzol. Does my son has asthama/ wheezing problem at this age?
