The safety of the drug depends upon the indivisual, no drug is completly safe, usually stalopam 10 mg is quite safe but some times not tolerated well.
Telmisartan 40 mg some times not tolerated well, it can aggravate migraine, now a days better drugs have come to treat migraine.
