Having Headache, Hair Is Not Dried After Wash. Is This The Reason?
Hi, I have been having a headache for a whole week and this has never happened before. My friends said it is because I never use hair dryer to dry my hair. (After washing my hair I always leave it to dry in air naturally) They also said, although I do not sleep with wet hair, my head is a cold and wet condition for quite an hour before it is dried and that is the cause of the headache. I am not sure if what they are saying is correct or not. Please help me to solve my question.
Hi there, thank you for asking. That could be the reason as your friend has mentioned. That can cause sinusitis. Moreover, it can lead to migraine attacks because wet hair needs energy to evaporate and temperature change can trigger the headaches. However, you should check t see if you have migraine. Hopefully you can find which one is the cause.
