Having Insect Bite On Pointer Finger And Middle Finger. They Are Red, Swollen, Itchy, And Pus Filled. What Could It Be?

Hello, I have just recently got bitten by some sort of insect on my pointer finger and middle finger, now that those are almost healed I've gotten three more bites just like the first on my arms... they are red, swollen, itchy, and pus filled... I have searched and ceaned my room for bed bugs and have not spotted any.... what could it be?!

Hi thanks for writing to Health care magic.Red swollen pus filled spots are suggestive of bacterial infection. They may occur secondary to insect bites.Start applying antibiotic cream like mupirocin over affected area.Take antihistaminics like cetrizine at night.Use good antibacterial soap.Do not try to rupture the lesions.I hope this can solve your problem.Take care.
