Having Lower Abdominal Pain. Using IUD. What Should I Do?

I have been having severe lower abdominal pain for 3 days now. I am not sure if it has anything to do with my IUD. I haven't had sex in 4 days, but I have also never experienced this type of pain before. I am not sure what to do. It hurts to sit or stand, nothing will give it any temporary relief. I also noticed if I push on my lower end it hurts worse. My abdomen is very tender as well. I did find my strings from my IUD today, they didn't seem even but it could just be the angle or something. What should I do?

Dear,
As per your symptoms it seems that the IUD might have been displaced from its normal place.Dont panic and visit your gynaecologist to fix the IUD and get an ultrasonogram done to find out the exact cause. In the mean time you can take some pain reliever to reduce the pain like Ibuflammar P OR Zerodol P tablet after food.Take care.
