Having Lower Back And Adominal Pain Like Cramps Or Spasms. Having Irregular Periods. Treatment?

hello i am a 40yr old women and i have been experiencing for about a week now lower back and adominal pain like cramps or spasms. I have also being passing brown discharge for about a week now during this time and usually i am on my cycle but my cycle is not normal. I may pas dark red blood for a moment and then i go back to the brown discharge. And usually my cycles are real heavy where i pass small clots of blood. But this week has been like i have not even had a cycle. Also i have been having pain in my shoulders which has been going on now for about two weeks. My tubes has been tied since 2003 what could this be- I am i going through the change of Life now that i am 40yrs old or is there something go on i don't know about?

Hi,
Thanx for the query.
Ur age is 40 .so ur bleeding might just be pertaining to peri menopausal age.
Secondly brown discharge means collected blood.
It points towards sexual infection ,yeast infection,carcinomas etc.
Plz get a pelvic scan done to rule out the cause for bleeding.
Get endometrial sampling done as it will confirm the report.
Consult gynaec she wud be of great hElp.byeee
