Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different guidelines for high blood pressure, this is the JNC guidelines used in the US.
The normal systolic reading is less than 120 mmHg and diastolic less than 80 mmHg

A systolic between 120 - 139 or a diastolic range of 80 to 89 classifies a person as prehypertensive which means that they are at risk of developing hypertension.

A systolic of 140 to 159 OR diastolic of 90 to 99 classifies a person as having stage one hypertension
Systolic of greater than 160 or diastolic of greater than 100 means a person has stage 2 hypertension which is the highest stage.

Some persons can have isolated systolic hypertension which means the systolic is in the high range but the diastolic is normal, this may be your issue. This requires treatment because it is still associated with increased risk of complications.

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assesment.

I hope this helps
