Having Numbness And Poking Pain In Legs And Back. Took Painkillers. Suggest
I have sciatica which is excuriating. I have numbness , pins and needles and pain down my right leg and some times my left leg. I get the same pains and sesnations in my lower back with a lot of pressure that I find It hard to sit or stand more times. I've been suffering from these flare up for 5 years now. I am now considering to quit my job as a nursery nurse as I am finding it really hard to walk and bend. All my drs have given me is painkillers and exercises which is not helping at all. I also at times get an electric shock feelin down my right leg. I've been in constant pain and can not walk without my crutch or my daughters pushchair. I need help!
