Having Pain In Shoulder, Neck, Arm And Hands. What Could It Be?

hi, I am having problem with pain in my right shoulder, neck, arm and sometimes hands, pain doesn't go away. The pain come from my ear to my right hand.
it seems that it wants to go to the left side, it hurts sometimes; I had an accident almost 3 years ago I was
treated for the same problem, I was ok for some time but I was taking pain meds, on and off, but one day
increase so much that I don't have so much strength in my right I am desperate dr so far doesn't know what's happening. Thanks

was there any injury in the cervical spine ?
there is compression of nerve.
get x-ray spine done .
and consult an orthpaedician.
meanwhile take analgesic with muscle relaxant.
