Having Severe Pain On Top, Back Of Head, Gets Relief With Dolo 650. Could It Be Migrain?
My father is having severe pain on top and back of his head. It appears that whenever there is Gas formation in his stomach this pain increases. He gets some relief with Dolo 650. Could it be Migrain ? How many tablets of Dolo 650 can be taken in a day. rgds

With this presentation, I think he may be having what is called tension headache. In some people, tension headaches are caused by tightened muscles in the back of the neck and scalp resulting from stress, posture, anxiety, just to name a few. Also migraines do not respond to Dolo (acetaminophen). An adult can take 6 tablets of this drug (Dolo 650) per day (2 tablets 3times).
