Having Shocks On Head, Lose Sight, Consciousness For A Second. What Might Be Happening?

I have these little shocks in my head. They have happened before and have gone away, but they are really bothering me today. It s like I lose consciousness for a second, I loss sight and balance, but its just for a second. These continue throughout the day. It also feels like a small shock to my hearts

They might be small episodes of convulsions. . Probably absence seizures they are called as in medical terms.. consult a neurologist immediately
