Having Slight Facial Numbness On Right Side. CAT Scan, Blood Test Ruled Out Stroke. Nerve Problem?

Hello, I have had slight facial numbness that comes and goes for almost two days now...its only on the right side. I went to the ER last night b/c I was scared to death but they ruled out a stroke with a CAT scan & tons of bloodwork. I was recently helping my parents move and was lifting some heavy boxes...I was possibly thinking it was a nerve issue. Your opinion please?
