Having Stomach Burning, Joint Pain, Headaches, Dizzy In The Morning And Fatigue. Cause And Treatment?

I've had stomach burning, joint pain, headaches and fatigue for awhile now. Have chalked it up to work burnout or poor diet, something like that. Planned on making dr's appt. Today, symptoms were worse. Was dizzy this morning so fell and hit my head on a coffee table. I'm still going to make a dr's appt, but is the head-hitting worth seeing urgent treatment over? Have resulting headache, nausea, fatigue (ever-present anyhow), and a quarter-sized lump. Is it ok to wait this out until I can see a dr or do you think this is urgent?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The hitting of the head is not related to the symptoms that you have described. If there is no loss of conciousness, headache, vomiting, loss of memory, bleeding from eyes, ear or nose then there is nothing much to worry.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
