Having Tinges Of Chest Pain. What Could Be The Reason?
I have been having twinges of chest pain over the last few months. It happened for the first time about 6 months ago and they come and go...they may go away for weeks, but then come back for a few days to a week at the time. At one point, I went to the ER and they ran some tests, but they said everything came back looking fine. The twinges still occur. I have experienced them sevreal times today...
You should have a "Master health check up" and if your heart shows problems you can opt for a "Heart check up". The other things that you need to take care of is your diet, take high fiber diet. If you have constipation off and on, you may start suffering from gastritis. Gastritis often gives chest discomfort. Improve your toilet habits and keep your bowels clean. You can consult a doctor and take some laxatives or antacids. You can also get an ecg done to get satisfied and rule out any heart ailment. Watch if they are of much help to you.
If you are troubled by the twinges still, go for a master health check up. Enjoy good health and healthy lifestyle.
