Having Tiredness, Lethargy Even After Sleeping, Excessive Yawning, Eating Lots Of Sugary Foods. Causes?
Hello Doc, I m a 18yr female who is always tired even after having 8 to 10 hr sleep. i yawn a lot and feel extremely tired and don t feel like eating meat or chicken and sometimes i feel sick if i eat chicken. i eat a lot of surgery foods. when i get out of bed i feel heaviness mainly in my chest area, but also my whole body. thank you . what do you think it is caused by?

Most probably your problem appears to be anaemia. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Other causes may be gasric hyper acidity, diabetis, etc.
I advise you some diet recommendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and protein containing foods to have iron and proteins in the diet to build up blood and general health.

your problem is mostly anemia which is causing weakness, vomiting sensation, also reduced appetite, anemia may be due to your increased menstural bleeding in your case, i suggest first you visit a physician he will check you hemoglobin levels and confirm the diagnosis. then you will have to go to gynecologist in case you have menstural problem. other wise you may be having worm infestation or may be gastritis . both of them could be easily manged by the physician
