Head Injury, Bleeding, Neck Soreness, Dizziness, Blurred Vision. Treatment?
hey, last night i fell and hit my head it started bleeding and when i woke up my neck was completely sore! i have a bad headache .and its very tender where i hit it. my ear is also hurting and if i stand up for to long or move to fast my vision so blurry and i get really dizzy. what do i do? should i go to the doctor tomorrow?

Hello.
A history of trauma followed by severe headache ,neck pain,ear pain along with episodes of blurring of vision and giddiness calls for urgent evaluation to rule out intracranial bleed.
Was there any ear bleed along with earache? Was there any vomiting?
Investigation suggested: urgent CT Scan Brain and cervical spine (plain)
See a neurosurgeon with the report
