Head Injury, Ear Pain, Burning Sensation, Bruise On Hip, Purple Discolouration. Treatment?

Today my grandmother was in an accident and hit her head on the window of the car. Her ear hurt for a while, then it started to burn . She says she is okay, but I am worried. Do you think damage happened or do you think the hurt and burn will go away? She also got a bruise on her hip that is purple. Do you recommend anything to help get the bruise to go away?

First thing you should get an injection of tetanus toxoid done for your mother. Small bruise heals by themself. If it is disturbing you can get a dressing done.
